For project-based work, you pay in three installments — that’s usually 50% upon signing, 25% before development, and 25% before launch. For retainer-based work, you pay monthly, scoped in advance. We don’t ask for full payment upfront, and we don’t start work until the first deposit is received.

Frontend is a defined scope with a clear start and finish — typically 6–8 weeks, paid in three installments. Backend is for larger or more complex projects that need to be built and launched in phases over time. Same process, same quality — just structured differently. The retainer model isn’t post-launch support. It’s how we handle a builds.
